Only with the corresponding qualifications can the manufacturer provide a classification society or dangerous goods export inspection certificate. If transporting dangerous goods, an export dangerous goods certificate is required. If transporting food, a food grade certificate is required.
In addition, during the export transportation of IBC ton drums, the following points should be noted: protection should be taken during the transportation of ton drums, bottom lifting should be used during handling, and when using a forklift for loading and unloading, ensure that the forklift fork arm is aligned with the fork hole at the pallet of the ton drum and exceeds the bottom frame on the opposite side before lifting. It is recommended to use single-layer loading during transportation, with the baffle higher than or equal to the height of the ton bucket. If double-layer loading is required, buffer materials should be added between the ton buckets and tied and fixed to prevent displacement during transportation.
