How to test the non leakage of plastic storage tanks when they are first manufactured?
Usually, the initial testing is carried out by injecting water, which is divided into three sections: 1/2, 3/4 of the plastic storage tank height, and the design maximum liquid level for slow testing. Of course, when filling plastic storage tanks with water, it is also necessary to observe the strength and tightness of the tank body and bottom. Finally, it is necessary to test the flexibility and tightness of the floating roof lifting, whether the floating ladder is stuck, and the flexibility and tightness of the central drainage pipe.
Plastic storage tanks are all formed in one go, relying on their advantages such as no welding seams, no leakage, non toxicity, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and compliance with hygiene standards. Although it has many advantages, it still needs to be tested before leaving the factory.
