Chemical packaging plastic drums should pay attention to indentation. Plastic chemical drums are one of the indispensable packaging and transportation tools in people's lives nowadays, and their superior performance is believed to be well-known to everyone. However, even the most excellent products have their own varying degrees of defects, which are issues that we need to pay attention to in our daily lives and cannot avoid. Let me remind you to prevent customers from making any mistakes when using plastic chemical drums, which may cause unnecessary losses.
1. The outer cover of the plastic chemical barrel assembly needs to be tightened with external force (using a torque wrench), and the sealing ring must be tightly attached to the surface of the barrel mouth after assembly. Twisting of the sealing ring during assembly is prohibited.
2. If the temperature of the filled product is higher than 40 ℃, the tightening of the outer cover and stacking must be carried out after the product temperature has cooled to room temperature; When stacking, attention should be paid to the flatness of the stacking, maintaining the contact area between the upper and lower layers of the stacking, aligning the upper and lower layers, and prohibiting staggered stacking; This can avoid deformation of plastic chemical drums.
3. If the filled product is prone to producing volatile gases, especially in February, April, and August when the temperature difference effect is significant, it should be filled at a low temperature time of the day to avoid hollowing out and changing the image.
